GÜÇ (Era of Youth Production) Seminars were completed in 13 Vocational Schools

Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University (MAKÜ) Career Development Application and Research Center and Burdur İŞKUR Provincial Directorate jointly organized the “GÜÇ (Youth Production Age) Seminar Series”, successfully held in all 13 of our Vocational Schools.

The program, implemented within the scope of the Youth Employment Initiative, aimed to support students' participation in permanent, registered, and qualified employment and to ensure they are better equipped and informed when preparing for the labor market. In the seminars planned especially for final year students, important information regarding the career planning process was shared.

Within the scope of the seminars;

• - İŞKUR programs (Strong Individual, Strong Employment), 
• - Effective resume preparation techniques, 
• - Points to consider during interview processes 
•  

comprehensive information was provided under these headings. After the program, students also had the opportunity to have one-on-one meetings with Job and Vocational Counselors.

The trainings were conducted by Burdur İŞKUR Provincial Directorate Branch Manager Hatice Araç, Job and Vocational Counselor Specialist Rıza Çağlar Yurdasiper, and Job and Vocational Counselor Specialist Nihan Yıldırım. The program, which contributed to the career development of our students and supported their preparation for employment processes, was completed with high participation and interest.

Our university will continue its career-focused efforts in collaboration with public institutions to enable our students to make a strong start in their professional lives.
